  2. Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website.
  3. You will then be taken to the “Login” page. Under “New Users”, click on the “Register” button.
  4. Complete the form and click on the “Create Account” button.

Q: How do I login to my CafeScribe website/eFollett account, so that I can purchase digital textbooks and review my order history?

A: To login to your CafeScribe website/eFollett account:

  1. Go to www.CafeScribe.com
  2. Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website.
  3. You will then be taken to the “Login” page. Under “Returning Users”, enter the e-mail address you had registered with and your password.
  4. Click on the “Login” button.
Q: I forgot my password and cannot login to my CafeScribe website/eFollett account, so that I can purchase digital textbooks. What do I do?
  1. Go to www.CafeScribe.com
  2. Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website.
  3. You will then be taken to the “Login” page. Under “Returning Users”, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
  4. Enter the e-mail address that you had used when you registered your CafeScribe website/eFollett account.
  5. Click on the “Send Password” button. A new password will be e-mailed to you.
Q: How do I create a CafeScribe Reader account, so that I can redeem my activation code/PIN and read my digital textbooks?

A: To create a CafeScribe Reader account:

  1. Access the CafeScribe Reader https://reader.cafescribe.com.
  2. Click the “Create Account” link.
  3. Complete the form on the “Create Account” page.
  4. Select your campus from the School dropdown list.
  5. Read through and agree to the terms of use.
  6. Click the “Submit” button.
  7. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you had registered with asking you to verify your account. Follow the instructions in that e-mail to activate your CafeScribe Reader account.
Q: How do I access my CafeScribe Reader account, so that I can read my digital textbooks?

A: To access your CafeScribe Reader account:

  1. Go to the CafeScribe Reader https://reader.cafescribe.com.
  2. Enter the username that you had registered your CafeScribe Reader account with and your password.
  3. Click on the “Log In” button.
Q: I forgot my password and cannot login to my CafeScribe Reader account, so that I can read my digital textbooks. What do I do?
  1. Go to the CafeScribe Reader https://reader.cafescribe.com.
  2. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
  3. Enter your CafeScribe Reader username.
  4. Click the “Submit” button.
  5. A new password will be e-mailed to you.

Important: Your CafeScribe website/eFollett account is a separate account from your CafeScribe Reader account. Resetting your password on your CafeScribe website/eFollett account will not reset the password on your CafeScribe Reader account.
