Return Policy

CafeScribe will accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

To begin the return process please send an email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it . Please include:

1. Your CafeScribe email address
2. List of books you want to return - we can process returns of a single book within a several book order.
3. Any feedback either positive or negative about CafeScribe.com or the MyScribe client application.

What happens when an electronic book is cancelled?

When you cancel an order, the CafeScribe Support Team makes an entry in our database which removes your permission to open that particular book. The next time the MyScribe client checks for new books you have purchased you will no longer be able to open your returned book. Your other downloaded books will not be affected.
