How do I change how many BestNotes I see?

The BestNotes feature uses the thumb-up and thumb-down votes submitted by users to determine which notes are most valuable to the MyScribe community at large. If you don't like this feature you can turn off all BestNotes or you can adjust the required number of thumbs-up votes that a note requires before it will be displayed.

To adjust the BestNotes settings:

  1. Click on the Inbox toolbar button to open the Notes Inbox

  2. In the upper-right corner, click on the 'Options...' button

  3. Adjust the slider to change how many notes are required for a BestNote to be displayed in the current book. In the following example, 2 net thumb-up votes are required. As a result, 3 of 4 available BestNotes will be displayed.

  4. Click 'OK' to apply your changes
