Many people have their own system for organizing their notes. Often people use different colors of highlight pens to represent different types of notes. MyScribe includes three pens by default but you are welcome to add more pens and change any pen you like. Your changes will take place immediately for all notes authored with that pen.

Edit or delete a highlight pen

1. Click on the arrow to the right of the highlight pen icon on the toolbar to open the 'Pen Manager'
   
   
2. You can edit existing pens by selecting the pen name in the 'Pen Manager' and clicking on the 'Edit' button. You can also delete pens from the Pen Manager
